Accounts
An account always goes through an organization that knows you.
Nobody gets into a workspace on their own say-so. That is on purpose: it keeps strangers away from student records.
If you are a student
Two ways in
You were invited. Your counselor at your CBO or school sent you an email. Open it, set a password, and you are in.
You were not invited yet. You can sign up as a student and choose the organization you already work with. We confirm your email address, or ask your parent or guardian if that applies to you. Then the organization decides whether to add you. You see nothing of theirs until they do.
If your organization is not a member, we cannot give you an account. Only an organization can confirm who you are.
If you are a parent or guardian
Ask the people your student works with
Your student's counselor invites you by email. If your student signed up and named you, we email you a private link first. It shows what is collected and why, and you say yes or no.

Staff and organizations
If your organization is already a member, ask your admin to invite you. Staff sign in with a password and a second step.
If your organization is not a member yet, join the waitlist. You can also try the demo first, with fictional data and no account.
