Pricing
One flat price a year. It does not change with how many students you serve or how many you enroll.
No fee per seat, per student, per referral, per application or per enrollment.

The founding deposit
Read this before you pay
Founding members hold a place in line with a deposit of 50 percent of the first year. The signup form shows the exact amount for your kind of organization before you pay.
The deposit is non-refundable. It is credited in full to your first year when your organization joins, so you pay the other half then. We refund it in full if your workspace is not ready within 12 months of your payment. The refund policy has the full rule. Nothing renews by itself: each year is a new order.
CBOs of America is a program of the William H. Douglas Foundation, its parent organization. Payments are processed through the foundation, so your card statement reads WHD* CBOS OF AMERICA.
- What you agree to
- Before paying, you check a box that says: "I understand this deposit is non-refundable. It is half of our first year of membership and will be credited in full when our organization joins. We refund it in full if your workspace is not ready within 12 months of your payment."
- How you pay
- On a payment page hosted by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.
- What you get today
- A receipt by email and your number in line.
What we will never charge for
Flat means flat
No one pays or is paid when a student is referred, when a student applies, or when a student enrolls. A university's price is the same whether it meets five students or five hundred.
Students and parents never pay. Their accounts come from their CBO or school.
What every membership includes
All of it, one price
Every membership comes with the whole workspace. Nothing is sold as an add-on.
- Records
- Students, families, partners and funders, each with a timeline of notes, emails, forms and meetings.
- Daily work
- Caseloads, tasks, deadlines, team channels and direct messages.
- Forms
- Intake and consent forms signed on a phone.
- Colleges
- University introductions with family consent, and application tracking.
- Reports
- Outcome reports for your board and funders, and exports of your own data.
